Real workProduct reels, rendered from code

Swapex reels

Short product films that explain, in the customer’s own language.

  • Real 3D product, rigged
  • Every beat keyed to the voice
  • Re-time the voice, the film follows
  • Captions that never collide

Pairing how-to reel · sound on

Swapex 2.0 launch reel · sound on

Two vertical reels for Swapex: a Hinglish how-to where a panicking customer gets calmly talked through pairing, and a launch reel for Swapex 2.0 showing the new site, the AI assistant and the offer. Both use the store’s real 3D product and are rendered from code, keyed to the voiceover.

How they’re made

  1. 01

    The light tells the story

The case’s status light carries the plot: amber while things go wrong, white during the reset, brand mint when it connects.

  2. 02

    Real product, real steps

The 3D case is the store’s own product model, rigged so the lid hinges and the buds lift. The steps and model numbers were checked against Apple’s support pages.

  3. 03

    Timed to the words

Every visual beat is pinned to a word in the voiceover, so re-timing the voice re-times the whole film.
